Audiolink App – Alarm Data Download

This video features Audiolink the revolutionary alarm technology that allows for valuable real time data to be extracted directly from Ei Audiolink enabled alarms. Sound waves are generated by the alarm that are received via the microphone on a smartphone or tablet and decoded by the AudioLink App. Audiolink provides a quick and simple way to test and record that the alarm is working at the time of installation and over its 10 year lifetime . This video demonstrates the simple extraction process, report generation and sharing via email.

This video describes how to remove a mains powered alarm from its mounting plate and replace the back-up battery If applicable. Only the Ei140 series (Ei141, Ei144, Ei146 ) are fitted with replacement batteries other Ei alarms have 10 year sealed for life rechargeable batteries that are non-replaceable. The battery will be visible once removed from the mounting plate.
