We’re Here to Help
Our Customer Service team are always on hand to help with customer queries, available to provide excellent service over the phone, offering guidance on product selection and compatibility, alarm siting and basic alarm maintenance. Our knowledgeable team is also responsible for processing orders, efficiently and accurately.
If you require technical advice, our Technical team is here to support you with any questions you have about our alarms and accessories. From guidance on standards and regulations to installation advice, our Technical team can answer your questions; available by phone and email.
Become an Ei Expert Installer
Expert Installer is a training scheme run by Ei Electronics to ensure Electrical Contractors have all the information they need to install domestic fire and carbon monoxide alarm systems.
Supporting the Fire and Rescue Service
One of our core values is creating safer communities, so we have increased our support for the Fire and Rescue Service, offering free support and the use of our facilities to the Fire and Rescue Brigades in Ireland. The support includes training, use of Mobile Training Unit, access to office space at our Centre of Excellence and tenant safety packs.
