KM83678The Ei603 Range of Heat Alarms are all battery powered and fitted with a class A1 detection thermistor that will trigger an alarm when the temperature reaches 58°C ± 4°C. They are all interconnectable and we would recommend to interconnect them with smoke alarms situated along the escape routes.
The Alarms come with an easy to fit twist-on base and are not powered until they are twisted onto their mounting base to avoid power consumption during storage.
Within the range, the Ei603C and Ei603CRF are both powered with a replaceable alkaline battery. The Ei603C can be interconnected via hardwire and wirelessly with the addition of the optional RadioLINK module Ei605MRF (sold separately). The module is included in the Ei603CRF.
The Ei603TYC and Ei603RF are both powered with a sealed non replaceable lithium battery that will last the lifetime of the product. The Ei603TYC can be interconnected via hardwire and wirelessly with the addition of the optional RadioLINK module Ei605MTYRF (sold separately). The module is included in the Ei603RF.
Up to 12 devices can be interconnected.
